There are several factors to consider when selecting an inspector and their company. Although price is a huge factor in the selection process, it shouldn’t be the only one. Don’t ever select a company by price alone! This includes mine.
You’ll find that we are one of the few that shows our inspection fee upfront with no hided cost. We don’t care how old the home is or how many square feet it has or even how far we have to drive. It is all the same low flat fee.
