There are several factors to consider when selecting an inspector and their company. Although price is a huge factor in the selection process, it shouldn\u2019t be the only one. Don\u2019t ever select a company by price alone! This includes mine.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll find that we are one of the few that shows our inspection fee upfront with no hided cost. We don\u2019t care how old the home is or how many square feet it has or even how far we have to drive. It is all the same low flat fee.<\/p>\n
