As your inspector, I will follow the code of ethics and standards of practice set by (NACHI) International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I have been trained and certified by Professional Home Inspectors Institute(PHII), which is one of the ELITE inspector training programs in the United States. The national and state societies provide inspection guidelines, for what to inspect, and also have training and experience requirements. Continuous training is mandatory and practiced through the education with IntreNACHI. I have achieved the title of Certified Master Inspector. Not every inspector can become a master inspector, only the best of the best.
